Residence Inn General Manager Wins Top Marriott Award

EUGENE, OR – February 28, 2007 – Holly Stanley, General Manager of the Eugene Residence Inn by Marriott, was awarded the prestigious Jim Conley Award by Marriott International.  Ms. Stanley was chosen from associates at over 500 Residence Inn by Marriott properties worldwide.

The Jim Conley Award is given to a Marriott associate who embodies the leadership, professionalism and compassion of the man who transitioned Residence Inn into a Marriott brand.  Patrick McShane of InnSight Hotel Management Group says, “Like Mr. Conley, Holly Stanley is a leader committed to excellence.  She serves her guests, associates and the community with passion and care.  From cooking Thanksgiving dinner for her associates, to running marathons for charity, Holly is a personal and professional inspiration to us all.”

Holly Stanley began her career in hospitality for InnSight Hotel Management Group in 2000 as a Front Desk Associate.  She has worked as a Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager, and Operations Manager until becoming Eugene’s Residence Inn by Marriott General Manager in 2005.
