INNSIGHT’S MANAGER OF THE QUARTER

SPRINGFIELD, OREGON – December 23, 2005 – InnSight Hotel Management Group, Inc. has named Rosie Hernandez as its Manager of the Quarter. Hernandez is the Housekeeping Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Eugene, which is part of the group of hotels managed by InnSight.

InnSight recently began recognizing its exceptional managers every quarter. Efforts that earned Hernandez the honor include maintaining an average guest satisfaction score over 90% for the past 3 years, and consistently running the Housekeeping department within budget and with minimal turnover. Hernandez assumed her management responsibilities at the Residence Inn by Marriott in 2002. Prior to that, she was the Housekeeping Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott in Springfield.
