PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCED AT COMFORT SUITES
I am pleased to announce that two outstanding employees will be taking on larger roles within Exeter Hospitality. Julie Jones will now assume the position of General Manager for both the Comfort Suites and the Holiday Inn Express, and Kim Briscoe is being promoted to Operations Manager at the Comfort Suites.

Julie Jones has been with our organization for over six years, starting as a front desk associate at the Courtyard by Marriott when we opened six years ago. She was promoted to Front Office Supervisor at the Courtyard, and then later to Assistant General Manager of the Courtyard. From the Courtyard, she went to the Holiday Inn Express as GM in November of 2000. In this role, she has done an outstanding job of managing both profitability and guest service concerns. Her property is consistently ranked as a "Top Performer Property" by Intercontinental Hotel Group while consistently achieving very strong market share results.

In Kim Briscoe’s new role as Operations Manager at Comfort Suites, she will oversee both the front office and the housekeeping departments of the hotel. Kim has been with the Comfort Suites since opening and has done an outstanding job of directing the housekeeping efforts which have resulted in the property achieving Gold status as we await its qualification as a Platinum property from Choice.
