1994: Insight's predecessor, Exeter Hospitality, is formed to manage properties developed by Sycan B Corp., with a goal to expand services to outside ownership groups.
1995: Marriott International approves Exeter to manage Marriott brands.
1997: Exeter Hospitality opens its first managed property, the Courtyard by Marriott Eugene/Springfield.
1999: Exeter selected to manage the Salem Oregon Travelodge.
1999: Exeter begins management ofthe Comfort Suites — Eugene/Springfield.
2000: Exeter oversees the conversion of the Rodeway Inn – Eugene/Springfield to a Holiday Inn Express.
2001: Residence Inn developed as a joint venture; Exeter to manage.
2001: Exeter begins management of the Fairfield Inn and Suites – Medford.
2003: Greg Hoard joins Exeter as corporate controller.
2003: Exeter increases full third-party management contract capabilities.
2004: Exeter assumes management of the 234 room Clarion – Eugene/Springfield.
2004: Exeter Hospitality Associates becomes InnSight Hotel Management Group to recognize the completed transition to a company providing full-service management solutions.
2004: Julie Serres joins InnSight as Human Resource Coordinator.
2005: InnSight selected to manage the Fairfield Inn & Suites – Burlington, Washington.
2005: InnSight selected to manage the Holiday Inn Express – Medford North
2006 Holly Stanley promoted from RI GM to InnSight's newly created Director of Operations.
2006 InnFormation quarterly newsletter launches for InnSight employees and associates.
2007 InnSight selects Jayne Hulse as newly created Corporate Revenue Manager.
2007 InnSight automates human resource records and communication with PeopleSoft software.
2007 InnSight opens three hotels in one year, along with two expansions and two renovations.
2008 InnSight launches the InnSide Source, the company's intranet site, to provide improved communication and more efficient access to company information and policies.
2009 InnSight is selected as one of eight management companies to be awarded the Partnership Circle Award by Marriott International.
